Description
Kenos KVG150C – modular vacuum gripper with suction cups by Piab. Width 150 mm, length 300–2000 mm.
A fully configurable suction-cup gripper for manufacturing automation: size, cup type, vacuum performance and flow control are chosen to suit the task. Options include ejectors, check valves, a solenoid valve, flow restrictors and piSAVE® sense.
Piab cups: friction cups, piGrip, Value Line, DURAFLEX® or FDA-approved material.
Suited to cartons, bags, oily sheet metal, food in direct contact and extreme temperatures.
Vacuum depends on the COAX cartridge (Si32: 75 kPa, Pi48: 86 kPa, Xi40: 94 kPa), and air consumption is 105–210 L/min per cartridge; a gripper can hold up to 12 cartridges.
