Description
Kenos KVG150 – modular vacuum gripper with foam by Piab. Width 150 mm, length 300–2000 mm.
Its modular design lets you choose the length and features such as ejectors, check valves, a solenoid valve, flow restrictors and piSAVE® sense. It is energy-efficient, easy to install and maintain, and built from recycled material.
COAX® ejectors or an external vacuum source; patented Easy Foam or EPDM foam 10–40 mm thick, with FDA foam available for custom designs.
Suited to packaging, end-of-line, palletising, boxes and dry sheet metal.
Vacuum depends on the COAX cartridge (Si32: 75 kPa, Pi48: 86 kPa, Xi40: 94 kPa), and air consumption is 105–210 L/min per cartridge; a gripper can hold up to 12 cartridges.
