Description
ABB Single-arm YuMi IRB 14050 is the single-arm version of YuMi: a light 7-axis collaborative robot with a 0.5 kg payload, 559 mm reach and ±0.02 mm repeatability. The seventh axis gives it more freedom of movement than a standard 6-axis robot.
The magnesium arm weighs about 9.5 kg and can be mounted on a wall, ceiling or workbench. It stops immediately on contact, has no pinch points and is padded. Program it by lead-through or with the graphical mode, which works for people with no coding experience. It can feed parts to a dual-arm YuMi or act as an extra arm.
Typical applications: small-parts assembly, testing and inspection, education and research.
