The BORUNTE + BINGO robotic welding configuration combines the 6-axis BORUNTE BRTIRUS1820A industrial robot with the BINGO Pulse MIG-350IX / 500IX pulse MIG/MAG welder. Artec Robotics configures the system around your parts, integrates the robot and the welding power source, programs the welding paths and trains your staff.

The robot: BORUNTE BRTIRUS1820A
The BRTIRUS1820A is a 6-axis industrial robot developed for complex applications with multiple degrees of freedom. Its payload is up to 20 kg and its arm reach is 1850 mm.

The welder: BINGO Pulse MIG/MAG-350IX / 500IX
An inverter pulse MIG/MAG gas-shielded welder with full digital CPU + DSP control. It supports pulse MIG/MAG and standard MIG/MAG and welds carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and copper alloys, including flux-cored wire. Suitable for manufacturing high-speed trains, pressure vessels, vehicle conversions, yachts and high-voltage switchgear.
- Full digital CPU + DSP control with precise pulse waveform control — "one droplet per pulse", a stable arc, minimal spatter and a clean weld appearance
- Built-in expert database of welding parameters — easy setup and automatic matching of the optimal parameters
- Unified or separate parameter adjustment to suit how each welder works
- Four modes: 2-step, 4-step, special 4-step and spot welding — less strain on long weld seams
- Special welding processes can be added through software updates, without changing the hardware
- Stores your own welding programs for quick switching between different parts
- Protection against short circuits, overheating, mains faults, wire jams and start-up faults, with fault codes
